中國主權基金購買西布爾10%股份

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯莫斯科12月14日消息，中國主權財富基金絲路基金已經達成協議計劃購買俄羅斯天然氣加工與石化公司西布爾10%股份。
此前在2015年底，中國石化也達成購買西布爾10%股份的協議。
絲路基金將成為西布爾的財務投資者，將向西布爾董事會任命一名董事。
西布爾董事長兼俄羅斯第二大天然氣生產商諾瓦克公司首席執行長Leonid Mikhelson出席了協議簽字儀式。絲路基金在諾瓦克公司北極液化天然氣項目Yamal LNG擁有9.9%的股份。

China Sovereign Fund Buys 10% of Russia’s Sibur Gas Processor

MOSCOW–China’s Silk Road Fund, a sovereign wealth fund, has struck a deal to buy a 10% stake in Sibur, a Russian gas-processing and petrochemicals company.
The move follows a deal at the end of 2015 under which China’s state-owned Sinopec Group also took a stake of 10% in Sibur.
The Silk Road Fund will be a financial investor and will be able to nominate a representative to Sibur’s board of directors.
The signing ceremony was attended by Leonid Mikhelson, chairman of Sibur’s board of directors and the chief executive of OAO Novatek, Russia’s second-largest gas producer. Silk Road Fund has a 9.9% stake in Novatek’s Arctic liquefied natural gas project Yamal LNG.
