殼牌6630萬美元出售馬來西亞煉油公司51%股權

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯倫敦12月22日消息，殼牌公司周四表示，公司已經完成向馬來西亞恒源國際公司出售旗下位于馬來西亞的殼牌煉油公司（SRC）51%股權的交易，該交易的價格為6630萬美元。
殼牌表示，此次資產出售交易與公司的下游業務發展戰略一致，將全球下游業務集中在最具有競爭力的地區。
殼牌表示，馬來西亞仍然是殼牌的一個重要的市場，公司仍將向馬來西亞的零售和商業客戶供應油品。

DJ Shell Sells 51% Stake in Refining Company in Malaysia for $66.3M
LONDON–Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA.LN) said Thursday it has completed the sale of its 51% shareholding in the Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad (SRC) in Malaysia, to Malaysia Hengyuan International Ltd. for $66.3 million.
Shell said the sale is consistent with its strategy to concentrate its global downstream operations in areas where it can be most competitive.
The company said Malaysia remains an important market for the company and it will maintain supply to its retail and commercial customers.
