孟國油尋求從政府獲得14億美元資金進口LNG

中國石化新聞網訊據普氏能源資訊2月28日達卡報道，國有孟加拉國國家石油公司LNG部門主管M?卡姆倫曼周二（28日）在達卡表示，孟國油已尋求從政府獲得14億美元的資金用來支付2018年的LNG進口，這筆資金大約占到明年LNG進口估計總費用的77.77%。
他說：“由于我們在國內市場上通過向消費者出售LNG無法實現LNG進口所需費用，我們只有尋求從政府獲得作為補貼的資金?！?br /> 卡姆倫曼說，國內的氣價為2.5-3美元/Mcf，遠遠低于國際水平。
孟國油估計從2018年該國首個由美國Excelerate公司時下正在孟加拉灣Maheshkhali島上開發的浮式儲存和再氣化裝置投產起每年的LNG進口的總費用大約在18億美元。

Bangladesh’s Petrobangla seeks $1.4 bil government funding for LNG imports

State-owned Petrobangla has sought $1.4 billion from the government to foot LNG imports in 2018, which was around 77.77% of the estimated total cost of importing, LNG cell chief Mohammed Quamrumman said Tuesday.
“We sought the funding from the government as subsidy as we would not be able to realize the LNG import costs through sales to consumers in the domestic market,” he said.
The domestic price of gas is $2.50-3/Mcf, which is much lower than international levels, Quamrumman said.
Petrobangla has estimated the total cost of LNG imports at around $1.8 billion/year from 2018 when Bangladesh’s first floating storage and regasification unit that is being developed by US-based Excelerate at Maheshkhali island in the Bay of Bengal, is expected to be ready.
