巴克萊：今年一季度歐洲石油公司贏利復蘇

Barclays expects a more than 60% recovery in first quarter earnings compared to the last quarter of 2016 and returns back to levels last seen in the first half of 2015. Much of this improvement is the result of higher oil prices, but it’s also helped by project start-ups, improved efficiency, lower costs and fewer outages, the bank says.
