盧克石油公司烏茲別克斯坦分公司“氣體分析儀供應”競標通知
投標人應是獨立的法人實體，本地或國外機構均可，承擔過類似的供應工作，未曾違反烏茲別克斯坦共和國法律法規及當地法規條例，且未被禁止參與競標活動/或向烏茲別克斯坦共和國供應類似設備。
競標人應當滿足競標文件中提到的以下幾點要求：
作為氣體分析儀的供應商，在最近三年內（2013，2014,2015）總營業額達到100萬美元以上；
生產商應有三年以上氣體分析儀生產經驗；石油圈 ?www.h29736.cn
要成為本次競標的合法競標人，需提供商品合格證復印件
投標人將在提交書面申請后，收到整套投標項目具體內容。書面申請表需印有抬頭，并有經理簽字，并在2016年1月4日之前寄到盧克石油公司烏茲別克斯坦分公司。

LLC “LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company” announces the Competitive Bidding for “Supply of Gas Analyzers” LUO/53/12-15/523
The Competitive Bidding may be participated by legal entities, local and foreign agencies, which have experience of similar supplies and are not prohibited from participating in the Competitive Bidding and/or supplying similar equipment to the Republic of Uzbekistan by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or legislation of the country of their state registration.
Prospective Bidders shall meet the requirements specified in the Bidding Documentation, including:
? at least USD 1,000,000 (one million US dollars) total turnover as Supplier of gas analyzers within the last three (3) years (2013, 2014 and 2015);
? manufacturer shall have at least three years’ experience of gas analyzers manufacturer;
? availability of copies of compliance certificates for the Goods being subject of the Bidding certified by Bidder.

Bid Opening will take place on January 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the address: 1 “A” Olmazor St., Tashkent, 100027, the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the presence of Authorized Representatives of Bidders, who wished to take part.
