原文如下： Mounting Geopolitical Risks May Affect Oil Prices A number of geopolitical “hotspots” could affect oil prices in the near future, according to experts at oil broker PVM Group. “Tension in oil-producing regions is bullish for oil prices, whilst in oil-consuming countries it has a bearish effect,” the experts note in a report. PVM outlined geopolitical risks stemming from North Korea’s nuclear program, Qatar’s conflict with other Arab nations, Venezuelan political instability and deteriorating U.S.-Russia relations. On the latter point, the experts say new U.S. sanctions against Russia could hit Russian pipelines, with consequences for neighbors that rely on Russian oil and gas. ?
