孟加拉國簽署第5份液化天然氣進口協議

中國石化新聞網訊 據普氏能源資訊9月19日達卡報道，貢沃爾新加坡有限公司在周二與國營孟加拉國國家石油公司（孟國油/Petrobangla）簽署了一項諒解備忘錄（MOU）以后將從2018年起向孟加拉國供應液化天然氣（LNG），這是孟加拉國簽署的第5份LNG供應協議，也是孟加拉國在一個月內簽署的第3份LNG供應協議。 孟加拉國在2011年與卡塔爾簽署了其第一份進口LNG的MOU。隨后在今年6月13日與總部設在瑞士的AOT能源公司簽署了第二份協議以及在9月初和9月15日與阿曼和印度尼西亞分別簽署了第三份和第四份進口LNG協議。 貢沃爾亞洲LNG主管呂克在協議簽署儀式上對標普全球普氏能源資訊記者說，該公司計劃從不同的來源向孟加拉國供應LNG。 呂克沒有對數量或價格發表評論，但他說他希望與孟國油的談判將在2至6個月內結束。 李峻 編譯自 普氏能源資訊 原文如下： Gunvor, Petrobangla sign Bangladesh’s latest MOU on LNG supply Gunvor Singapore Pte Ltd is set to supply LNG to Bangladesh from 2018 after signing a memorandum of understanding with state-run Petrobangla on Tuesday — Bangladesh’s fifth LNG supply agreement, and the third this month.
Bangladesh signed its first MOU to import LNG with Qatar in 2011, then this year did deals with Switzerland-based AOT Energy on June 13, Oman in early September and Indonesia on September 15.
Gunvor planned to supply LNG to Bangladesh from different sources, its Head of LNG, Asia, Luc Speeleved, told S&P Global Platts at the deal-signing ceremony. Speeleved would not comment on volume or price but said he hoped the negotiation with Petrobangla would be concluded within 2-6 months. ?
