石油圈中國石化新聞網訊 據《油氣加工》10月10日莫斯科報道，俄羅斯國有石油巨頭俄羅斯石油公司（俄油）首席執行官伊戈爾·謝欽日前在莫斯科與古巴能源和礦業部長阿爾弗雷多·洛佩斯和古巴駐俄羅斯特命全權大使埃米利奧·加爾西亞舉行了一次工作會議。 會議期間，雙方討論了擴大原油供應量、聯合油氣生產項目以及在古巴西恩富戈斯煉油廠現代化改造中的合作前景。 現代化改造以后的西恩富戈斯煉油廠屆時將生產一系列符合最高生態要求的石油產品。 到去年年底前，古巴西恩富戈斯煉油廠加工了大約1000萬噸原油。 李峻 編譯自 油氣加工 原文如下： Rosneft to develop cooperation, refinery modernization with Cuba Rosneft Chief Executive Officer Igor Sechin held a working meeting with Minister of Energy and Mines of the Republic of Cuba Alfredo Lopez and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba Emilio Lozada Garsia. During the meeting, the parties discussed extension of supplies volume, joint production projects, as well as prospects for cooperation in modernization of Cuban refinery Cienfuegos. The plant will produce a wide range of oil products meeting the highest ecological requirements. By the end of 2016, the refinery had processed about 10 MMt of oil. ?
