中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯12月4日消息，美國康菲石油公司周一表示，公司已經與厄瓜多爾方面達成和解，康菲石油旗下子公司Burlington將收到3.37億美元的和解金?？捣剖驮谝环萋暶髦蟹Q，這項和解協議是在解決投資爭端國際中心(ICSID)于2017年2月份做出的一項仲裁決定下達成的。12月1日厄瓜多爾向Burlington支付了7500萬美元，余下部分將于2018年4月份之前支付。 張春曉 摘譯自 道瓊斯 原文如下： ConocPhillips To Receive $337 Million From Ecuador In Settlement ConocoPhillips (COP) said Monday it will receive $337 million in a settlement with Ecuador on terms of payment to its unit Burlington. The settlement was reached under a February 2017 International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration award, the oil company said in a statement. Ecuador paid the company $75 million on Dec. 1 and will pay the balance by April of 2018.
