石油圈????中國石化新聞網訊 據彭博社莫斯科12月11日報道，諾瓦泰克（PAO Novatek）宣布已經簽署了一項協議，從石油公司“Mangazeya”JSC收購OOO Chernichnoye。 ????該交易預計在2018年初結束。 ????OOO Chernichnoye擁有Chernichnoye油田的油氣勘探和生產許可證，位于諾瓦泰克的基礎設施附近。 ????根據截至2016年12月31日的俄羅斯資源分類，該許可證估計含有1.79億桶油當量。
