原文如下： Algeria Boosts Oil Exports Despite OPEC Cuts Algerian seaborne oil exports increased 22% month-over-month to 514,000 barrels a day in December, says oil-shipping tracker Kpler. Back in September 2016, the North African nation hosted a landmark meeting that led to an agreement between the 14-strong OPEC and 10 allies to curb output in order to rebalance oil markets. But Algeria has often lagged in implementing the deal. Shipments to Europe jumped 93,000 barrels a day month-over-month ending December, Kpler said.
