埃尼在埃及西沙漠地區獲得新天然氣發現

中國石化新聞網訊 據RZNews.com網站8月31日米蘭報道，意大利油氣巨頭埃尼公司30日在米蘭宣布，埃尼公司日前在埃及西沙漠地區獲得了一個新的天然氣發現。 埃尼公司是在位于東Obayed租借區的Faramid 南勘探遠景區內鉆完這口發現井的，發現井距離Melehia租借區30公里，發現井完鉆時鉆到了1.7萬英尺的目標深度。 埃尼公司表示，這口發現井已開始生產，日產2500萬立方英尺天然氣，從而證實東Obayed租借區的潛力。 埃尼公司已開始研究開發天然氣儲量，這些天然氣儲量能夠有助于提高埃及西沙漠盆地的天然氣產量。埃尼公司通過其麾下作業公司AGIBA目前每天從埃及西沙漠盆地生產5.5萬桶油當量的石油和天然氣。AGIBA擁有東Obayed租借區的100%股權。 李峻 編譯自 RZNews.com 原文如下： Eni Makes New Gas Discovery in Egypt Italian oil and gas company Eni S.p.A. has made a new gas discovery in the Egyptian Western Desert, the company announced Aug. 30.
The discovery well has been drilled on the Faramid South exploration prospect located in East Obayed concession, 30 km North-West of the Melehia Concession and reached a target depth of 17,000 feet.
The discovery well has been open to production delivering 25 million cubic square feet per day, confirming the East Obayed Concession’s potential, the company said.
Eni has begun studies to develop gas reserves that can contribute to increasing Egypt’s gas production from the Western Desert Basin. Through its operating company AGIBA, Eni currently produces 55,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day from the Egyptian Western Desert. AGIBA owns 100 percent of the East Obayed Concession.
