Equinor獲得挪威大陸架二氧化碳儲存開發許可證

中國石化新聞網訊 據俄羅斯油氣網1月15日奧斯陸報道，挪威能源巨頭Equinor日前獲得了挪威大陸架二氧化碳儲存開發許可證。
Equinor獲得的二氧化碳儲存區域位于北海最大油氣田特羅爾（Troll）大油田附近。
Equinor目前正與殼牌公司和道達爾公司合作對二氧化碳儲存進行前端工程和設計(FEED)研究。
這個存儲方案是挪威大規模碳捕獲和存儲項目的一部分。
考慮到這將導致國際技術的發展，挪威政府有雄心在挪威實現全面碳捕獲和儲存的低成本解決方案。挪威石油和能源大臣弗賴堡說，這些公司旨在形成一個較為成熟的存儲解決方案的努力是項目成功的先決條件。

Exploitation permit for CO2 storage on the Norwegian Continental Shelf
Neftegaz.RU. Equinor has been awarded an exploitation permit for CO2-storage on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
The allocated area for storage of CO2 is located near the Troll oil and gas field.
Equinor is currently performing front-end engineering and design (FEED)-studies on storage with project partners Shell and Total.
The storage solution is part of the large-scale carbon capture and storage-project in Norway.
– The government has an ambition to realize a cost effective solution for full-scale carbon capture and storage in Norway, given that this will result in international technology development. The companies’ effort to mature a storage solution is a prerequisite for a successful project, says Kjell-B?rge Freiberg, Minister of Petroleum and Energy.
This is the first exploitation permit for storage of CO? on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
