Minimum requirements：
1. At least USD 10 000 (ten thousand US dollars) average annual turnover within the last three (3) years (2013, 2014, 2015);
2. Work experience as a general contractor under two or more contracts for works similar in nature and complexity to those put up for the Tender within the last three (3) years (2013, 2014, 2015). This requirement implies that such works under valid contracts shall be at least 70% completed;
3. Availability of certified equipment, software and qualified design personnel or protocol of intent with companies possessing such certified equipment, software and qualified design personnel with experience of engineering of observation well for their participation as subcontractors;
4. If works or services related to Contract performance belong to licensed activities, availability of relevant licenses or preliminary agreement with companies possessing such required licenses for their participation as subcontractors.
