Brief Description of Works:
(a) Detailed engineering for the execution of on stream cleaning pigging of Ashuganj-Bakhrabad (A-B 2) and Bakhrabad-Siddhirganj Pipeline and providing for on stream cleaning pigging work methodology & risk mitigation plan of these pipelines. Detailed engineering must be vetted by the Procuring Entity.
(b) Supply of 08 (eight) sets High Density Foam Pig, 03 (three) sets Polyurethane Conical Cup Pig, 03 (three) sets Polyurethane Conical Cup Pig with magnet and 02 (Two) sets of Pipeline Pig Tracking Tools for execution of on-stream cleaning pigging.
(c) Providing all engineering services, equipments, tools, and consumables for on stream cleaning pigging in accordance with on stream cleaning pigging, risk mitigation procedure and requirements. These shall include but not limited to the following:
i. Submission of pipeline on stream cleaning pigging methodology & risk mitigation plan and complete on stream cleaning pigging as per approved procedure
ii. Launching Pig as per the following sequences:
High Density Foam Pig -1 run
Polyurethane Conical Cup Pig -1 run
Polyurethane Conical Cup Pig with magnet-1 run
High Density Foam pig -1 run
iii. Providing all personnel, vehicles and all other logistics as required to complete the on stream cleaning pigging in accordance with the specification.
Providing Accommodation & Fooding facilities during pigging operation period for Procuring Entity’s designated Personnel.

投標人要求：
Eligibility of Tenderer:
Tenderer having experience of constructing at least one 24” OD or above high pressure (1000 psig) gas pipeline including pigging and commissioning within the last 10 (ten) years at a value of minimum Tk. 1.6 Crore as on the date of tender opening are eligible to participate in this tender.
