Foreign bidder: 9 Months on FOB international seaport of exit basis (as per INCOTERMS 2010) from the date of award.

投標要求：
1. Definition of Bidder: Responsible for quoting the Heat Exchangers (CS/LAS + SS Clad) and owning single point overall responsibility for execution & completion of total job.

2. During last 10 years, Bidder on his own must have fabricated, tested and supplied at least one CS (or LAS) + SS Clad Heat exchanger of not less than 1420 mm shell inside diameter with material of construction as SS Clad metallurgy (Clad material of P. No. 8) and tube sheet thickness (including Clad plate thickness) of not less than 108 mm.

3. The above criteria of thickness and material shall be complied by Bidder in same equipment only. However the diameter can be complied by Bidder in same or different equipment of any metallurgy.
