1. Bid should be complete and covering the entire scope of job/ supply and should conform to the technical specifications indicated in the bid documents, duly supported with technical catalogues/ literatures wherever required. Incomplete and non-conforming bids will be rejected outright.
2. The bidder must have experience of executing at least one contract in the last five years as on date of opening of the techno-commercial bid for installation and commissioning of DHPT services in any of the subsea/offshore wells. To the effect of above

Any bidder who meets the PQC, but is not included in the list of vendors above, should forward their request to tender submission address or to E-mail: VEERASWAMY_DHULIPUDI@ONGC.CO.IN / SS_RAMNAIK@ONGC.CO.IN for issuance of tender enquiry, along with relevant documents (to establish their compliance with the pre-qualification criteria). After scrutiny of the documents submitted by the bidders, ONGC would issue tender enquiry and authorize that bidder to submit the bid through e-portal.
