注意事項：
1. Application Fee of US$ 200.00 per application per country (Non-Refundable) is payable through SWIFT in our EEFC account.
2. Please attach remittance receipt/ banks confirmation advice along with the application form.
3. Every page and document of application form submitted must have signature and seal by designated authority of the prospective party.
4. BPCL at its discretion reserves the right to verify/ re-verify the information submitted and inspect the party’s capabilities to confirm the data/ documents submitted.
5. BPCL reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
6. The appointed distributor shall invest sufficient funds and maintain adequate staff with business knowledge and salesmanship for promoting sales of the MAK Lubricants in the given country.
