Note：
1. These Pressure Relief Valves are used in our existing boiler (Boiler type – water tube) and valves design should be as per the ASME Sec. 1.
2. All these safety Relief valves shall be able to float & adjust (Blow down, set & reset pressures) insitu & it should be clearly mentioned in the offer.
3. Materials of every component of these valves & spare parts shall be clearly mentioned in the quotation & material test certificates should be supplied with the items.
4. Designing, manufacturing and testing should be in accordance with API and ASME Sec. 1 standards.
5. Valve catalogues/specification and data sheets should be provided along with the quotation for evaluation purposes.
6. Supplier should provide valve test certificates with the items, and it should be mentioned the offer.
7. Spare parts list with part numbers & prices shall be attached to the offer.
8. Supplier should mention freight charges.
9. Warranty – Minimum one year warranty period is required.
10. All the items and specifications requested above should be provided along with the offer and incomplete offers will be rejected.
11. All items shall be manufactured in Europe, U.S.A., Japan, South Korea or U.K.
12. The supplier shall clearly mention the country of manufacture & brand name in the quotation.
