技術要求：
1. As per the detailed technical specifications, drawings and price schedule, the scope of works comprises of design, manufacture & delivery to site including unloading, installation, testing and commissioning 1 no. 12” marine loading-cum-unloading arms for handling petroleum products on jetty at Kandla (Gujarat), India.
2. The scope involves all electrical, mechanical and hydraulics between auxiliary panels, control panels, actuator systems including necessary cabling, piping etc. up to the loading/ unloading arms. The necessary civil foundations are already casted and kept ready at the location and are not included under the scope of the vendors. Vendor should match foundation plate with the existing foundation.
3. All services like clearing the consignments, payment of stamp duty, port wharfage, landing charges, loading on to trucks/ trailers, in land transportation, transit insurance, unloading of materials, material handling including all equipment and labour etc. are included in the scope of vendors.
4. Tenderers are advised to inspect the site and ascertain the site conditions including leads/ lifts involved/ approach to vehicles etc. prior to quoting the rates.
5. The job descriptions and specifications are as per enclosed documents in the tender.
