Preparation of applications: The applicant should submit the application in writing on the prescribed form, by filling in the information required for the qualification procedure.

Applicants shall also have the option to submit a joint application, accompanied by the legal deed defining the mutual obligations in the execution of the contract, as well as responsibilities in the implementation thereof, and evidences of eligibility for the participation in the procedure of qualification procurement for each and every applicant (list of subcontractors is mandatory for submission).

Applicants are allowed to form a Consortium with other Applicants not likely to bid on a stand-alone basis, provided that a supporting contract has been presented with precisely defined duties and responsibilities for each Consortium member separately. Consortium contracts allow multiple-company arrangements, however, each of the member companies must meet the PQQ eligibility criteria in the relevant areas applying to that particular company (Subcontractor and Consortium Member List is mandatory).

Deadline for Qualification Application Submission: 21.07.2016 (Stage I).
Bids may be submitted at a later stage as well until 31.12.2017 (Stage II).

Application delivery: Applications should be submitted in a sealed envelope (2 originals in hard copy version + electronic version on 2 compact discs – CD). Electronic version of Application must be designed so that each document – segment of the application – shall be a separate file on the CD.
