Tender title：Provision of Road and Off-Plot Infrastructure Maintenance & Modification Services at the West Qurna (Phase 2) Oilfield, Republic of Iraq

參與對象：
Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience in the provision of services described in the subject of the tender, which are elegible by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by their country of certification to perform their activities in the Republic of Iraq, may participate in the Tender.

參標條件：
Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements specified in the Tender Documentation, including the following:
a）to have an average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years in the amount of not less than 6,000,000 US dollars;
b)to have the experience of participation as a main (general) contractor within the last 3 years in at least two projects for roads construction works and/or road maintenance services with a value of each contract not less than US$ 4,000,000.00 (four million US Dollars), performed in Iraq.
c)the Bidder must demonstrate that it has the key equipment and personnel according to Tender requirements;
d)to have appropriate licenses that give the right to perform roads construction works and maintenance services. Such licenses shall be valid not less than 6 month after the Bid submission date;
e) to submit required Bid Bond;
f) to appoint an experienced Project Manager whose work experience on this position (Project Manager or Construction Manager of EPC projects similar by nature to the subject of the Tender) is not less than 5 (five) years; having High Engineering/Technical degree and Upper Intermediate level of English.

The Bidder’s written request for the Tender Documentation shall contain the following information:
? Full name of company, mail address, telephone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and their e-mail address.
Upon receipt of a written application as noted above, the COMPANY will send the Tender Documentation by e-mail to the Bidder’s email address, without any responsibility by the COMPANY for loss or late delivery.
Bidders shall make sure to deliver their Envelopes with Bids to the address specified in the Tender Documentation before 3:00 pm (Dubai Time) on August the 16th, 2016.
