About Project
The Project goal is to investigate the feasibility of the replacement of FCC risers lift steam with fuel gas in order to reduce steam consumption and decrease catalyst deactivation.
The results of the study should be a planned revamp scheme with a Basis of Design to enable the project to be taken into the next phase of creating a Basic Design Package followed by detailed design engineering and construction phases.

SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor should analysed following items:
? Possibilities for replacement FCC risers lift steam with fuel gas in order to reduce steam consumption.
? Impact of proposed change to existing equipment (Cyclons, Main fractionator, Overhead condenser, Wet Gas Compressor, Apsorber….). All main equipment should remain unchanged.
In order to achieve aim of the project NIS is expecting Contractor to carry out the following activities:
? Kick-off meeting and site visit.
? Analysis process data and existing equipment data in detail.
? Define scope of the required modifications.
? Make CAPEX estimate accurate to +/- 30%.
? Estimate time necessary for implementation of proposed reconstruction including requisition of LLI (if any).
? Issue final report documenting analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
