The scope of work:
This Scope of work requires vendor/contractor to carry out the full design, supply and installation of the Flare Gas Recovery Unit project.
The mains tasks to be done by contractor are the following:
(1)Detail engineer of project: Process, civil, piping, electrical, instrumentation.
(2)Fabrication, supply, transportation and delivery DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) ORPIC refinery in Sohar (Oman), Incoterms 2010 of all the materials required for the project (equipment, piping, cables, instruments…)
(3)Full construction of the project:(a)Civil works (b)Structures (c)Piping (d)Mechanical works (e)Electrical (f)Instrumentation and Control
(4)Installation of all materials and equipment supplied by the contractor and the ones supplied by other vendors (purchases separately by ORPIC: Liquid Ring Compressor package)
(5)Coordination with other project vendors
(6)Painting and Insulating as required
(7)Quality control / test / NDE according to ORPIC specs
(8)Pre commissioning, commissioning and Start-up activities
(9)Documentation
