項目名稱:Supply of Convection Module of Crude Heater.
招標內容:Main crude heater (11-F-01) in Crude Distillation Unit (CDU-I) at IOCL, Haldia is having convection module with Carbon Steel studded tubes and alloy steel shock tubes. As per an internal recommendation, metallurgy of studded tubes is required to be upgraded to Alloy Steel (ASTM A335 Gr. P5) from Carbon Steel. Metallurgy of studs on upgraded studded tubes will be carbon steel. Dimensions and terminal connections of new convection module shall be as per existing one.

The fabricator shall be responsible for procurement of bought out items, fabrication and supply of convection section in totality not limited following activities:
1. Development of fabrication drawings
2. Procurement of bought items: The fabricator shall procure plain tubes, studded tubes, WBW fittings, Forged fittings, Forged flanges, CS plate, End tube sheets, Refractory, anchors, ceramic fiber, studs, nuts, bolts, structural items, etc.
3. Fabrication of Convection Module
4. Testing & Inspection
5. Packing, Forwarding and Transportation

General Requirement:
1. English language and metric units shall be used in all documents. Drawings shall be prepared in prescribed sizes as standardized by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and shall be preferably in the sizes such as 210X297, 297X420, 420X597, 597X841, 841X1189 mm.
2. All drawings shall be drawn in AutoCAD R-14 or latest. No hand drawn drawing shall be accepted.
3. Vendor shall make site visit before submission of bids to assess actual site conditions as it is a retrofit nature of job.
4. Vendor may be required to collect data from site in case of non-availability of suitable data or mismatch in existing drawings. Wherever required, the vendor shall make site visit and collect data to avert any mismatch as it is a retrofit nature of job.
5. Documents and letters shall be furnished in electronic format. The software used shall be as follows:
a) MS Office 2003 or above
b) Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and above
