1. This is e-tender. Prospective bidders can download the tender document from ONGC e-procurement web site at https://etender.ongc.co.in. The bidder shall be able to submit the Bid only after payment of the Tender Fee.
2. The payment of tender fee through electronic payment gateway can be made using Credit Card. Any subsequent reversal of such payment would lead to an outright rejection of that particular bid.
3. The prospective bidders can create their bid online only after payment of tender fee. Indian Agents cannot purchase tender documents on behalf of their foreign principals, in case of e-procurement tenders.
