Note:
1. Supplying period should be with three months.
2. Origin of the devices should be USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, South Korea, India, Japan.
3. The supplier should obligated to provide the following:
3.1 New devices (not previously) used.
3.2 All devices spare parts for two years.
3.3 All operation and optional accessories.
3.4 Origin certificate and calibration certificate approved by Iraqi embassy in the country of origin.
3.5 Device manual in English language for operation and maintenance purposes.
4. The supplier should be obligated to training our employee for control, setup and operating of the devices in a period not less than 5 training days in our company.
5. Operating the devices in our company with its maximum capacity.
