招標內容：PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE OF HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OF 14 WELLS

Bidder should submit proposal for 14 (fourteen) frac jobs for both options. Bidder shall be choosen based on prices from the Option 1.
1. Option – must be submitted.
Service charge based on turn key model shown per t of proppant.

2. Option
Service charge based on turn key model (personel and all necessary equipment) + proppant (as specified in technical assignment, showing price per t for each type) + fluid (as specified in technical assignment, showing price per m3 for each type + maximum 10% excess). Mobilization/demobilization will be invoiced one at the negining i.e. end of project. Interwell movement – price should be per km, invoicing based on real data. Stand by charges will be calculated only if this delay is by Buyer’s fault during performance of fracturing job.

The objective of the project of Hydraulic Fracturing in 14 wells in year 2016 is to increase oil and gas production in reservoirs in Serbia. Application of the HF stimulation method will result in new quantities of oil and gas, accelerated production and increased recovery factor of the reservoirs.The specified extraction area where hydraulic fracturing of wells should be applied belongs to the South-eastern part of the Pannonina Basin.
