項目說明：The objective of Banias Refinery Company is to replace the existing pipes and fittings for catalyst collector 107A-V20 by new ones as per this book of technical specification.
Scope of supply:
Procurement of material, manufacturing, inspection, testing, packing, marking, protection and delivery according to the drawings attached to this book technical specifications.

Note：
The foreign bidder shall have a commercial agent in Syria, his agency should be registered at the Syrian competent authorities. The foreign bidders can submit a declaration undertaking to submit the agency bond of his commercial agent in Syria once bidder has been awarded to conclude the contract in case the contraction cost is over Syrian pounds FIVE million.

投標保證金：1100 Euro（for foreign bidder）/ 400000 SYP（for local bidder）
標書費：10 Euro（for foreign bidder）or its exchange rate equivalent in Syria pounds for local bidders to be paid at Banias Refinery cashier.
投標截止日期：2016.10.30
