項目簡介：
LUKOIL MID-EAST LIMITED, a designated Operator for the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area in the Republic of Iraq, is developing the West Qurna- 2 oil field under the Development and Production Service Contract signed with the South Oil Company of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.

投標要求：
1.to have an average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years of not less than USD 2,000,000;
2.to have appropriate licenses, permits, certificates and/or other documents that give right to supply goods and perform services similar by nature to the subject of the Tender;
3.to have a proven experience of seamless pipes supply within the last 3 years;
4.the billets as raw material for pipes production shall be originated from the following countries / regions only: USA, Brazil, Russia, South Korea, Japan, and European Union.;
5.?to be capable to supply the Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes on DAT (Umm Qasr / Khor Al Zubair) basis.
