競標資格：
(i)The Tenderer shall have minimum 15 (fifteen) years over all experience of
Manufacturing of Drilling Rig.
(ii) The Tenderer’s shall have 05 (Five) years continuous API Certificate of API4F,
PSL-1; API 7K; API 8C, PSL-1; API Q1counting backward from June 2016.
(iii)The Tenderer shall have a minimum experience of Manufacturing and supplying
of 10 (Ten) AC-AC VFD type rig of 2500-3000 HP (585Tons hook load Capacity) or
above capacity to clients outside of Tenderer’s Country and to internationally reputed
(IADC member) companies. The list of the clients along their names and addresses
& end user certificate must be provided otherwise Tender will be treated as non
responsive.
Only Rig Manufacturer(s) having above qualification are eligible for this Tender.
No Joint Venture Consortium (JVC) is allowed for this Tender.
