招標內容：
It will be a turnkey up-gradation project consisting of Site survey, System engineering, Design, Supply installation, integration with existing RTU, DCS, PLC etc. pre-commissioning and commissioning, warranty support and post warranty AMC of upgraded system for minimum one year. Broad activities are as follows:
1. Provide a new Production SCADA software platform
2. Supply of Hardware & Software.
3. Migrate/create and up-date existing Tag Database, Graphics to the new platform
4. Integrate with all existing RTUs/DCS/PLC at all Tier-1 Locations over open protocols without losing any existing functionality.
5. Integrate the new SCADA with SAP ERP system of ONGC.
6. Implement Mass Balancing and Well Testing applications.
7. Make a provision for providing real-time SCADA data to third party applications over open protocols.
8. Train ONGC personnel in the administration, customisation of SCADA Software platforms, databases.
9. Provide one year warranty followed by one year AMC. Provide all software updates, upgrades for SCADA Software offered free of cost during warranty and AMC.
