New screw pump of Daqing Oilfield realized the domestic industrial application firstly

Until March 24, the new screw pump of short cycloid has been tested in 86 wells of Daqing Oilfield with the average exemption of 889 days by extending 264 days and the average pump efficiency of 63% by increasing 24 percentage points. Oil production benefit of these 86 wells reached 19.92 million yuan with the improvement of pump efficiency.
The new screw pump of short cycloid which was invented by Oil Production Engineering Research Institute of Daqing Oilfield was realized the domestic industrial application firstly. This newly screw pump extended the service life and achieved the efficient lift with no increasing cost and high pump efficiency.
