On the afternoon of 13, China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau signs a strategic framework agreement with eight strategic partners. Signatories say that the signature of this strategic cooperation agreement will be helpful for the two sides to better deepen cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
