BP PLC (BP) sees oil prices comfortably above $50 a barrel this year, CFO Brian Gilvary says, striking a tone of optimism after several years of weak prices. The company completed a number of acquisitions late last year and has adjusted slightly higher its spending plans for 2017. “I think lower for longer, but not forever, still sticks,” says Gilvary.
