埃尼完成向BP出售Zohr氣田10%股份

中國石化新聞網訊 據NaturalGasWorld網站2月13日消息，意大利埃尼公司表示，該公司2月13日在開羅簽訂協議完成向BP出售包括Zohr超大型天然氣田在內的埃及海上Shorouk許可區10%的股份。該筆價值3.75億美元的交易于去年11月份簽訂， BP還擁有進一步獲得5%股份的權利。
埃尼目前通過旗下埃及子公司國際埃及石油公司（IEOC）持有該區塊90%股權。俄羅斯石油公司去年12月也曾表示將收購30%-35%股權。
埃尼稱其CEO克勞迪奧?德斯卡爾西今年已經第二次受到埃及總統阿卜杜勒?法塔赫?塞西接見。

ENI COMPLETES 10% ZOHR SALE TO BP
Italy’s Eni said it signed a deed in Cairo February 13 to complete the sale to BP of a 10% stake in the Shorouk concession, offshore Egypt, which includes the supergiant Zohr gas field. The $375mn sale to BP was agreed in November 2016 and the UK major has the option to secure a further 5%.
Eni, through its Egyptian subsidiary IEOC, now holds a 90% stake in the licence. Russian state Rosneft agreed in December to acquire a 30-35% stake.
The Italian firm said its CEO Claudio Descalzi was received for the second time this year by Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
Descalzi, BP CEO Bob Dudley, and Egypt’s petroleum minister Tarek El Molla signed the deed in the presence of Egypt’s prime minister Sherif Ismail. Eni asserted that first gas from Zohr remains scheduled by the end of this year; it says Zohr has total potential gas in place of 850bn m3.
