中石油獲得阿布扎比陸上石油租借區8%股份

中國石化新聞網訊 據國外媒體2月19日阿布扎比報道，阿布扎比國家石油公司（Adnoc）19日在阿布扎比與中國石油天然氣集團公司（中石油）簽署了一項協議，授予中石油阿布扎比陸上石油租借區的8%股份。
阿聯酋通訊社（Wam）報道說，為了進入這個陸上石油租借區，中石油為此繳納了65億迪拉姆（17.7億美元）的簽字費。這個陸上石油租借區的作業者是Adnoc麾下的陸上石油作業公司（Adco）。
Adnoc集團首席執行官和阿布扎比酋長國最高石油委員會成員艾哈邁德?賈貝爾和中石油董事長王宜林簽署了這項協議。
報道說，這個陸上石油租借區其他參與者包括英國石油公司（10%）、法國道達爾公司（10%）、日本Inpex公司（5%）和韓國GS能源公司（3%）以及Adco的投資者。

Adnoc awards CNPC 8pc stake in onshore concession

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) today signed an agreement with the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), awarding it an 8 percent interest in Abu Dhabi’s onshore oil concession.
CNPC contributed a sign up bonus of Dh6.5 billion ($1.77 billion) to enter the concession. The onshore concession is operated by the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations (Adco), said a Wam news agency report.
The agreement was signed by Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Adnoc Group chief executive officer and member of the Supreme Petroleum Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and Wang Yilin, CNPC Chairman. The agreement has a term of 40 years, backdated to January 1, 2015.
CNPC joins BP of the UK (10 per cent), Total of France (10 per cent), Inpex Corporation of Japan (5 per cent), and GS Energy of South Korea (3 per cent) as participants in the onshore concession and shareholders of Adco, the report said.
