DJ Oil Prices Ease as U.S. Crude Stocks Rise Again

Oil prices eased Friday as still bloated U.S. supplies continued to weigh on prices.
“Every time it gets near $55, it stalls out a little bit,” said John Saucer, vice president of research and analysis at Mobius Risk Group in Houston.
On Friday, U.S. crude futures fell 46 cents, or 0.84%, to $53.99 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude fell 59 cents, or 1.04%, to $55.99 on ICE Futures Europe.
