科威特對華原油出口量超25萬桶/天

中國石化新聞網訊據科威特通訊社2月27日東京報道，周一政府數據顯示，科威特1月對華原油出口量同比略微減少，為107萬噸，相當于約25.3萬桶/天。
海關總署表示，科威特對華原油運貨量已經連續3個月超過25萬桶/天的水平。
1月中國總體原油進口量同比增長27.5%，達805萬桶/天。
在報告當月，沙特阿拉伯重新成為中國最大的石油供應國，運量同比增長18.8%至119萬桶/天；其次是安哥拉，原油進口量為117萬桶/天，同比增長63.4%；第三為俄羅斯，出口量激增36.5%至109萬桶/天。
阿曼與伊拉克分別位于第四與第五。
2016年，中國為吸引更多民間資本進入高度壟斷的能源領域而大幅提升了非國油公司的原油進口配額。
2015年，中國政府對許多地煉放開了直接進口原油的限制。這些民營煉廠產能相對較小，一般為2萬桶-10萬桶/天。

Kuwait’s crude oil exports China above 250,000 bpd level
TOKYO, Feb 27 (KUNA) — Kuwait’s crude oil exports to China in January edged down 1.8 percent from a year earlier to 1.07 million tons, equivalent to around 253,000 barrels per day (bpd), government data showed on Monday.
Kuwaiti shipments of crude oil to China exceeded 250,000 bpd level for the third consecutive month, according to the General Administration of Customs.
China’s overall imports of crude oil in January jumped 27.5 percent year-on-year to 8.05 million bpd.
Saudi Arabia returned to the nation’s top supplier in the reporting month, with its shipments growing 18.8 percent on the year to 1.19 million bpd, followed by Angola with 1.17 million bpd, up 63.4 percent. Russia became third, with imports from the country surging 36.5 percent to 1.09 million bpd.
Oman ranked fourth and Iraq fifth, respectively.
China drastically increased the quota for non-State crude imports in 2016 as it seeks to attract more private capital in the largely monopolized sector.
In 2015, the government gave private refineries, known as “teapot” refiners, the green light to directly import crude oil.
These private refiners are with relatively small capacities, ranging from 20,000 bpd to 100,000 bpd.
