中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯倫敦2月28日消息，殼牌海洋公司和MOEX北美公司將推進美國墨西哥灣Kaikias深水項目第一階段的開發進程。
殼牌公司周二表示，該項目將分兩個階段進行開發，第一階段預計在2019年投產。這個階段包括三個油井，設計峰值產量高達4萬桶石油當量/天。
殼牌是該項目的作業者并持有80%的作業股權，三井石油勘探公司旗下子公司MOEX擁有剩余20%的作業股權。

Shell, MOEX to Develop Phase One of Kaikias Deep-water Project

LONDON–Shell Offshore Inc. and MOEX North America LLC (MOEX) will proceed with the first phase of the Kaikias deep-water project in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSB.LN) said Tuesday that the project would be developed in two phases, with phase one expected to start production in 2019. This phase includes three wells, which are designed to produce up to 40,000 barrels of oil-equivalent a day at peak rates.
Shell is the operator and has an 80% working interest. MOEX, a subsidiary of Mitsui Oil Exploration Co. Ltd, owns the remaining 20% working interest.
