油價復蘇可能重新刺激上游石油行業支出增長

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯3月7日消息，國際能源署（IEA）表示，過去的兩年對于上游石油支出來說是全然是一場災難，這兩年中全球上游石油資本支出至少削減了25%。IEA在其2017年度報告中稱，過去兩年全球上游石油總支出減少了4330億美元。IEA補充道，在油價反彈至50美元/桶以上后，今年全球上游石油行業的支出將出現增長，主要將受到北美增長強勁的驅動。

Oil Price Recovery Could Reignite Spending
The last two years have been an unmitigated disaster for upstream oil spending with capital expenditure falling by at least 25% in both years according to the International Energy Agency. In its 2017 review, the Paris-based monitor says total spending dropped to $433B. The watchdog adds that following the oil price recovery to over $50 a barrel, spending could rise this year driven by robust growth in the North America.
