中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯3月9日消息，海灣石化集團的咨詢顧問R.K. Mehra表示，中東快速增長的煉油能力和燃料出口將在未來幾年對亞洲煉油商的全球市場份額形成挑戰。在新加坡召開的一次煉油會議發表講話時，Mehra表示，中東地區的煉油商正在快速增加產品的附加值向價值鏈上游進軍。此外未來中東地區大部分燃料需求預計由中東煉油商自己填補。中東煉油商還正在吞蝕亞洲煉油商在歐洲的市場份額。

Asia Refineries to Face Strong Competition From Middle East
Fast growth in refining capacity and fuel exports from the Middle East will challenge Asian refineries’ global market share in the coming years, says R.K. Mehra, a consulting advisor for Gulf Petrochem Group. Speaking at a refining conference in Singapore, Mehra says Middle Eastern refineries are working rapidly to add value to their products by moving up the value chain. Moreover, much of the regional demand for fuels is expected to be filled by Middle Eastern refineries going forward. Middle Eastern refineries are also eating into Asia’s market share in Europe.
