Globally oil & gas industry, particularly petroleum industries all are in doll drum due to lower crude prices, competition from FLNG and tight crude / shale gas, poor demand of petroleum products, ageing assets that caused frequent shutdown and catastrophes and declining margins. For the refining & petrochemical sector, the industry is witnessing change in technology (digital), facing challenges of shortage of manpower with reliable expertise, lack of funds for integration of refineries with petrochemicals and tightening regulation for high quality products.

All above resulting increased risk, more cost and high level of complexities to optimize performance of facilities, assets and workforce.
