招標單位：AL-WAHA石油公司(綠洲石油有限責任公司)，作為承包商和運營商同Midland 石油公司展開合作，共同完成2008年11月10日同伊拉克石油部門續簽的開發生產服務協議（SDPC合同）。目前，伊拉克油田的勘探、開發、生產、地面工程建設都在進行中。

招標范圍
參與競標的設備應當滿足清洗10萬及10萬立法米以下的儲油罐以及稠油沉淀罐（包括單/雙輸油管旁接罐、沉淀罐、緩沖罐等）的要求。同時競標設備還應能完成清洗原油、重油、高凝析油以及中質油的任務。該套設備在設計、制造、測試、安裝、組合、交付、質量保證和售后服務方面應滿足最低要求。
第一部分：競標者應該按下列要求準備關于資格預審的文件
1． 競標者總體介紹
?公司簡介（包括業務規模、公司簡介、技術能力、經營范圍和質量保證能力等相關信息）以及競標資格證書
2. 競標者職業資格文件
?國內或國際所認證的職業資格的輔助文件
3．介紹競標者的服務能力（主要服務業務、在伊拉克積累的相關經驗以及實施該項目的計劃）
4．近五年來相關產品在國內外銷售的歷史合同記錄
5．由第三方專業審計結構所出示近三年的審計報告和財務報表，以及銀行信貸證書（英文版）
6．按照需要提供其他相關補充材料，所有文件均需使用英語。
第二部分：資格預審文件提交時間和地址
所有預審文件應于2015年12月18日上午10點之前提交。

Tender by:AL-WAHA PetroleumCompany Limited, a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Midland Oil Company, Ministry of Oil, Iraq for the execution of Development and Production Service Contract (SDPC) re-signed on November 10th, 2008. The device in this bid should be capable of cleaning 100,000 m3 and below crude oil storage tanks ,and be able to clean heavy oil setting tanks(including double /single disc floating tank ,setting tank ,buffering tank etc ).The device should be capable of cleaning the crude oil, heavy oil, high pour point oil & medium oil. These sections include the minimum requirement of designing, manufacturing, testing, installing, package, delivering, quality insurance, and after –sale service.
Part1: Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements:
1． General introduction of the participants
Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate.
2. Professional qualification documents of the participants
Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications
3．Introduction to the service capacity of the participants(main service,Iraqi relevant experience and
Plan how to organize this project)
4．Historical contract records of sales of relevant products both at home and abroad in recent 5 years
5．Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three yearsand Bank credit certificates (in English)
6．Other materials should be supplemented if needed; all documents shall be in English.
