招標單位：AL-WAHA石油有限公司，作為與Midland石油公司合作的承包商和運營商，在2008年11月10日同伊拉克石油部門續簽了服務合同（SDPC石油合同模式）。目前，一直在伊拉克實施油田的勘探、開發、生產、表層工程建設。

第一部分：競標者應該按下列要求提供有關的資格預審文件
1． 競標者總體概述
公司簡介（包括業務規模的相關信息，公司介紹，技術能力，經營范圍和質量保證能力等）和競標資格證書
2. 參與者的專業資格文件
國內或國際認證的專業資格證書
3. 介紹競標者服務能力（主要業務，在伊拉克的相關經驗以及著手從事該項目的計劃）介
4．近五年相關產品在國內外銷售的歷史合同記錄
5．由第三方專業審計結構提供的近三年的審計報告和財務報表，以及銀行信貸證書（英文版）
6．根據需要時提供其它相關材料；所有的文件均需使用英
第二部分：資格預審文件提交時間和地址
所有預審文件應于2015年12月23日上午10點之前親手提交。

(3) 一張數字光盤，供閱讀和編輯資格預審文件使用
