二疊紀盆地原油產量勁增不能補歐佩克減產數

They estimate 1M barrels a day in new crude coming from the Permian by the end of 2018. That is far below 1.8M barrels a day in cuts from OPEC and other exporters at a time when demand is likely to keep growing strong, says Justin Jenkins, analyst at the firm.
