The investment bank thinks the market is already tightening and further OPEC cuts would accelerate that. Global inventories would fall below the 2.8B-barrel average from 2012-16 in August and into the 2010-14 range just a bit further down before October. OPEC meets Thursday and leaders have already hinted at an extension or even deeper cuts through next winter.
