巴國油在國際市場發行40億美元的債券

中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯里約熱內盧5月23日消息，巴西國家石油公司Petrobras周一表示，公司已經在國際市場發行了40億美元的債券，平均利率創下自2013年以來的最低水平。 巴國油表示，這批債券將在2022年、2027年和2044年到期，公司打算用于償還明年到期的債券。巴國油是全球負債最多的石油公司，2017年和2018年將有近300億美元的債券到期，包括利息和本金。 龐曉華 摘譯自 道瓊斯 原文如下： Petrobras Issues $4B in Debt on International Markets RIO DE JANEIRO–Brazilian state-controlled oil company Petrleo Brasileiro SA said Monday it issued $4 billion in debt on international markets at the lowest interest average interest rate since 2013. The notes are due 2022, 2027 and 2044, and Petrobras said it intends to use their net proceeds to pay down bonds coming due next year. Petrobras, the world’s most indebted oil company, has nearly $30 billion in debt coming due in 2017 and 2018, including interest and principal.
