SBM Offshore (SBMO.AE), one of the unit’s owners, says Shell would exercise a right to buy Turritella under a 2016 charter agreement. The units’ other owners include Japan’s Mitsubishi (8058.TO) and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (9101.TO). Shell uses the unit for its Stones oil project, which can produce up to 150,000 barrels of oil per day. ?
