石油圈中國石化新聞網訊 據道瓊斯7月19日消息，荷蘭銀行能源經濟學家Hans van Cleef表示，盡管當前石油市場彌漫著消極情緒，但是明年油價將復蘇。不過在當前全球石油供應繼續過剩的情況下，荷蘭銀行仍將今年布倫特油價預測從60美元/桶下調至57美元/桶。然而該行預測從明年下半年開始油價將開始反彈，因為屆時石油市場將再平衡。這位能源經濟學家預計2019年底油價將升至75美元/桶。 唐紹紅 摘譯自 道瓊斯 原文如下： ABN Amro Sees Oil Prices Recovering Next Year Oil prices will recover next year despite the negative sentiment currently prevailing in the market, says Hans van Cleef, energy economist at at ABN Amro. The bank still lowers its 2017 Brent forecast down to $57 a barrel from $60 amid the continukng global glut of crude. However, the bank sees a price upturn from the second half of 2018 as the oil market rebalances. He expects prices to rise to $75 a barrel at year-end 2019.
